FAQs

How does it work?

It’s simple! You tell us about your family — ages, travel style, interests, and preferred dates and we create a personalised trip. Once you approve it, we take care of all bookings and logistics, so you can just show up and enjoy.

What kind of trips do you plan?

Anything and everything - that’s the beauty of our brand. There are no preset groups and no limits to destinations. You tell us where you want to go, and we’ll help you explore it, as long as it’s safe. ;)

How early should we start planning?

Generally the earlier the better, especially for school holidays. Early planning helps us secure the best family-friendly stays and experiences. That said, we also specialise in helping families who need to plan impromptu or short-notice holidays.

Do you only plan trips for families with kids?

Yes, we specialise in family travel - it’s what we know best. Whether you’re traveling with a baby, toddler, teen, or grandparents, we design experiences that work beautifully for them.

Are your trips guided or independent?

Our trips are independent — you explore at your own pace, with everything arranged for you in advance. However, we can include private guides if you prefer a more curated touch.

Do you book flights?

No, we don’t book flights. We focus on every other part of your trip - the stays, activities, dining moments and the little details that make your family holiday hassle-free.

Can you help during our trip if something comes up?

Absolutely. We’re just a message away throughout your trip — ready to assist with any changes, recommendations, or last-minute needs. Any new arrangements are subject to availability and the latest pricing at the time.

Do you charge a planning fee?

Yes, we charge a planning fee that covers research, trip design, and coordination. You’ll receive transparent pricing before we begin, so there are no surprises.

Can you work within our budget?

Yes, we can. We design trips based on your family’s travel style and budget range, offering thoughtful options that balance comfort and experience.
